Our Vision

Where are the robots?

The robots that help us, serve us, take care of us? Today, we have devices and software programs that aid us in the digital world, but we also need help in the physical world. Many people can build robots; few can program them to be useful.

If only robots had brains, they would learn like animals!

Our vision is to build robots who learn, so they can perceive, sense, and adapt to the environment, acting less like robots and more like animals. We take our cues from the adaptability of biological systems and create computational algorithms for perception and control. Our software and algorithms add intelligence to any robotics platform, allowing it to become teachable. This way, anybody who could build a robot would be able to train it, much like a pet.



Inspired by nature

Brain Corporation is building robots that learn, by capturing how neurons interact in specific brain regions. The outcome is a robot you can train like an animal.

A new generation of robots with low-power high-performance chips and sensors can now be driven by low-cost smartphone and tablet technology.

Software that learns

Robots today do what they are programmed to do until they encounter a novel environment. Our software enables robots to be trained for a more diverse set of tasks.
